Methods of Payment
You can pay for your order by any major credit or debit card. Your card details will be held on our ‘100% guaranteed safe’ secure server. We will only charge your card with the exact amount of your order. We do not store your details for future use.

If you would prefer not to enter your card details online, please select the ‘pay by phone or fax’ option at the check-out. You will then be given details of how to contact us.

You can also pay by Paypal which is fast, safe and easy.

We won’t begin to process your order until we’ve received payment.

Delivery Information
We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days. All UK orders will be sent by 1st Class, Recorded Delivery, which means that a signature is required upon receipt of your parcel.

The standard delivery charge for a UK parcel is £3.50. All UK orders of £30 or more will be free of postage

We also offer a Special Delivery Service. If you need your parcel in a hurry and you place your order before 1pm, it will be sent by Special Delivery which is a Next Day Delivery service. The cost of this is £6.95. Special Delivery Service available in the UK only.

The cost of sending a parcel to you if you live abroad will be the actual cost of postage, with a minimum charge of £3.50 being applied. We will let you know how much you will need to pay before we send your goods.

Returns
Please inform us of any shortages, breakages or faulty items, by phone or e-mail within 3 days.

We understand that buying online comes second to actually being able to see and feel the products you are purchasing. For this reason, we are happy to accept returns of on-line purchases. Items must be in their original packaging and returned with the original invoice. Please pack your items carefully. It would be most helpful to us if you could also include a reason for your returns. We will contact you for your payment details so that we can refund your credit or debit card.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Please call 01620 822886 to cancel your order. Any payments already made will be refunded to you in full.

Out of Stock Items
We will make every effort to keep our online shop up-to-date, letting you know if an item is out of stock, and when we expect to have it back in again. However, there may be occasions when out of stock items are ordered before we have a chance to update the shop. These items will be marked on your invoice and you will not be charged for them.

The Food Imitations (Safety) Regulations 1989
Please note the following important information in relation to purchases of beads resembling sweets, cakes, fruit or other foodstuff. The aforementioned products are sold to you, the customer, on the understanding that they will be made into items of jewellery for resale.

The individual beads must not be resold by you to non-commercial (private) buyers as they do present a potential choking hazard and as such do not comply with section 4 of the Food Imitations (Safety) Regulations 1989.

It is your responsiblity that jewellery made with Imitation Food beads is safe and secure. These beads are made of non-toxic polymer clay. They are not edible and they are not suitable for children.
